The majority of today's learners feel the same way, according to the data. Six in 10 learners feel like they are on their own when it comes to understanding the skills necessary to do their jobs. Imagine star ng a job and being told, "You have experience, so you can decide what needs to get done." That sounds a bit silly, right? But that's exactly what is happening in many organiza ons today. It's not just a learner percep on.
