Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs
and processes are flexible, open-ended
initiatives that take time, commitment
and continuous attention. For most
organizations, becoming truly diverse,
equitable and inclusive requires changes in
all areas of the enterprise. It can be a "big
lift," especially for organizations that have
just begun DEI programs or are planning
to begin one. Progress comes through
sustained and consistent effort and
requires organization-wide participation.
