The ratings are compiled from measurement of the manager or lead's hiring practices and employee evaluations around feelings of inclusion and career opportunities. These scores may then determine advancement decisions, bonuses or salary increases. Not every company is establishing firm links between DEI success and individual efforts but there is an increasing awareness that management must demonstrate their commitment to DEI goals with accountable action.
