The launch email
This email should provide much more detail on the program, including:
• A list of courses with short descriptions and competency areas
• How employees can access the courses
• Additional information on who can or should take courses and when
• Avenues for employees to provide feedback
• Who to contact with questions
Check out this sample launch email template:
The [COMPANY NAME] team is excited to announce that online courses from
[CONTENT PROVIDER] are now live on [NAME OF LMS]. These courses were selected
to provide additional development for each of our [#] competencies as well as specific
training for [SUBJECT AREA]. See the attached list of courses now available and check
back regularly to see the new courses we will be adding each month.
We will collect your feedback in a survey at the end of each course, as well as through
your department heads, to continue to bring you the best content possible.
