The results "We are all different, and so are the contexts we work in" Re/upskilling dominates This year's survey sees a continuation of last year's key trend, plus two important additions: 1) Reskilling/upskilling stays number one 2) Collaboration and coaching rise 3) Location matters Reskilling/upskilling stayed at #1. The share of the vote was down on last year's (by 0.5%) and support was not uniform – particularly in the Education cohort, Brazil and Australia/New Zealand. Both Collaborative/social learning and Coaching/mentoring rose again this year, thanks to increased support from the Education cohort for collaboration (up 1.4% on last year) and Workplace L&D for coaching (up 1.1% on last year). Finally, this table aggregates over 3,500 opinions. As the votes from Africa in particular show, voting patterns vary hugely across locations.
