When looking at the most common Learning and Development L&D approaches used during onboarding, experien al (on-the-job) learning and peer-to-peer learning were the most common. However, as the workplace has shi ed to having many more remote or hybrid workers, those styles of learning require technology that may not have existed in the organiza on before.
