Employees are based in 10 Latin America, Europe, and Southeast Asia countries. In addition to the permanent staff, LIFULL Connect has temporary employees. The LIFULL Connect solutions are available for real estate companies in the Americas, Europe and Asia. The platform enables real estate companies to get broad visibility on the internet. LIFULL Connect customises the platform for different regions and countries to serve local markets and customers based on their specific needs. In addition, the platform makes it easy for real estate buyers to do a worldwide search across internet sources by aggregating results in one place. The company is growing fast, mainly through acquisitions. As a result, the number of employees has doubled during the last couple of years. Most LIFULL Connect employees focus on software development,a product management and digital marketing. In addition, there are regional sales teams, mainly in Latin America and South East Asia. LIFULL Connect needs to create a global learning strategy and provide a centralised training solution across different regions. "We have the challenge of aligning our learning culture across all our regional companies. In addition, because we are growing through acquisitions, each company we acquire brings their own culture. The companies we acquired used different languages, so the first step is ensuring everyone has adequate English language skills. We did a global assessment and established targets for English language learning. All employees need B1-level English skills, which is also part of the recruitment criteria.
