With their network of 30,000 translators, they are able to add translated subtitles to every TED Talk. This collaborative effort with Simon allowed TED@Work to create localized courses to support multinational organizations and support learners worldwide, fostering engagement and knowledge transfer across diverse audiences. "With Simon, we can feed one course into an organization's learning platform, and if an employee is located in France, they will automatically see the course's subtitles in French. If an employee launches a course in Japan, they will automatically see the subtitles in Japanese and so on," says Winn. Simon's clean and user-friendly navigation allows learners to easily go through the course, jump to specific sections, and access relevant documents. Customization options offered by Simon played a pivotal role in enabling TED@Work to infuse their unique brand identity into the learning experiences. With the ability to incorporate their logo prominently and integrate custom animations and transitions, each course became a true reflection of the TED@Work brand. By adding their own personal touch, TED@Work further solidified their brand presence and established a consistent learning environment across courses.
