Best Use Cases for TED in the Workplace Use Case Example Customer Success Team's Favorite TED Talks • Assign an engaging TED talk to lunch and learn attendees (ramp up engagement by linking a public forum for employees to post comments). Hold an informal lunch and learn session for people to expand on their feedback and share additional ideas or workplace applications of the content. • Curate (or ask the OpenSesame team to curate!) talks that relate to common leadership challenges. Assign new leaders to groups and let them work through the learning track that resonates with them. • As an extension activity, create a shared space for new leaders in the same track to connect and discuss how they will apply their learning to their role. • Curate (or ask the OpenSesame team to curate!) engaging topics to make available for employees to choose from when they want a thought-provoking break in their day. • Equip ERG leaders with a list of TED talks related to their ERG theme. Leaders use these as a resource for meetings to promote safe conversation in a shared space.
