Building A Culture of Security Means more than Compliance 83% 99% of Security leaders say that engaged employees with the right training have the biggest influence on a positive Security Culture. TESSIAN of security leaders say a strong security culture is important in maintaining a strong security posture, but only 30% of employees think they play any role in maintaining their company's cybersecurity - only about half of employees (45%) even know how to report an incident. TESSIAN Security Awareness Training is a top priority for security leaders (31%) - as high as security operations (31%) and automation (36%).
