HRCI RECERTIFICATION PROCESS
Achieving certification from the HR Certification Institute is a long-term commitment to
yourself, your career, and the HR profession. To maintain certification, you must be
prepared to continue to learn, grow, and increase your current knowledge. All certifications
are valid for three years, and recertification is required every three years through
demonstrated professional development (preferred method) or retaking the exam.
