Reskilling and Upskilling to Stop The Great Resignation
Nearly 85% of companies believe there is at least some correla on between the work model they use
and the expected increase in turnover. Of course, work flexibility is a significant issue but there are others
as well, including organiza onal culture and leadership. In the present environment, concerns including
hiring new talent, retaining current talent and keeping the workforce engaged rank higher than managing
a hybrid workforce. The pandemic is not the cause of The Great Resigna on. Instead, it provided an
