Currently, just over half of organiza ons can connect their LMS, HRIS, and ATS to their onboarding solu on. Having integrated systems allows for more robust data and analy cs – being able to tell if onboarding ac vi es had an effect on reten on, talent mobility and even leadership development all requires systems that are integrated and can provide data that allows organiza ons to see what is working for them when it comes to onboarding – because just as all companies are not the same, nor is there a one- size-fits-all prac ce when it comes to onboarding.
