Powerhouse launches new onboarding program using OpenSesame courses to build a learning culture from day one.

Powerhouse employs over 500 team members across the US and offers construction and facilities maintenance services. Through OpenSesame’s support and curation services, they were able to build a new-hire plan that allowed employees to quickly ramp and shorten the onboarding process. Because of the early introduction to OpenSesame in the learner’s journey, Powerhouse has been able to create an organizational-wide learning culture.
