Holiday Retirement expands career development opportunities for associates with OpenSesame

Facing a variety of training needs from a diverse,10,000 employee workforce—including hourly employees such as caregivers and cooks, through senior management—Holiday struggled to provide the necessary training with one in-house curriculum designer. With OpenSesame, they were able to provide the needed training by role, as well as offer new career development paths for hourly associates—all while allowing learners to take training anytime, anyplace. Now, Holiday promotes their training program, and the OpenSesame courses, as a benefit of employment.
