The authentic DEI stories will enable learners to embrace differing realities and perspectives. Participants will start to recognize how their behavior affects others –and learn to develop actions that impact their spheres of influence.

In this unique and dynamic session, IBIS Consulting Group will share and unpack a video scenario that helps participants find answers to these questions through the portrayal of workplace interactions that regularly occur within hybrid organizations. The scenarios serve as starting points for interactive discussion on inclusive leadership as we navigate a new way of working.
