Lisette Martinez, MBA, serves as Audubon’s Chief Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) Officer. In this role Lisette works across the organization to build EDIB practices into the fabric of the Audubon’s operations; refine policies and procedures, and lead data-driven change initiatives. She works closely with the Conservation and People and Culture teams to weave EDIB principles across Audubon’s conservation work throughout the Western Hemisphere.
