Linda Glass - Chief Learning Officer

Linda Glass (she/her) is a distinguished executive coach and a visionary in leadership development. With over 30 years of experience in various pivotal roles, Linda began her career in 1994 as a Media Relations Manager at Seattle Repertory Theatre. She then joined Starbucks Coffee Company in 1997, ascending through multiple leadership positions, including Director of Global Talent Strategies and Director of Talent Acquisition, before leaving in 2008. Currently, Linda collaborates with Jenny Krengel, founder and CEO of Vim and Vibe Productions, as Head of Product and Learning Design. Vim and Vibe Productions is renowned for its innovative TV-style microlearning modules tailored specifically for leadership development. Each season is enriched by the unique insights of historically underrepresented business leaders and veterans, enhancing the depth and impact of the learning experience. Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University (1987-1991) and has furthered her expertise with certifications such as the Center for Creative Leadership Adjunct Coach certification and the ROI Executive Coaching Certificate from Steinbrecher and Associates.
