In addition to her Director role at Common Citizen, Jess also serves as a Racial Equity Strategist with TorranceLearning. She is an instructional designer, writer, and speaker with more than 15 years of experience as a diversity peer educator. She is the author of “TorranceLearning’s Cultivating Racial Equity in the Workplace (CREW)” holistic microlearning program, which addresses barriers to equity in the workplace using evidence-informed best practices from social psychology research.
